We treat people – not just necks, backs or knees. So we pay attention to all the details to make your experience here physically and mentally restorative.
From your first contact to your last, expect to be treated with respect and compassion. Here’s a preview of how things will unfold on your unique path to a successful outcome.
- Contact us and schedule an appointment.
- We gather appropriate medical records to inform our initial assessment.
- Arrive at facility. Meet with staff to welcome you, verify insurance coverage and help with any paperwork you may have for worker’s comp or no-fault (automobile) claims.
- Meet with the doctor who will listen to you, conduct a thorough evaluation, diagnose the source of your pain, create an individualized care plan and explain everything to you carefully.
- Begin care plan Day 1, in office. Experience immediate relief through hands- on session with our in-house therapist and receive any interventional treatments that are part of your care plan.
- Leave with a smile, while we communicate with other professionals on your care team.
